| ito na po post ko na tutorial nito 1. dashboard settings: for smart: apn: internet access number: *99# access name: (any you want) 2. download and extract addtap_hss_adapter, install nyo sya.. sa pag install right click > run as admin and wait nyo lang maging succesfull, then press any key, right click again and change the compatibility to windows xp pack 3. then double click and wait nyo uli mag successfull, and press any key. ( note para sa hindi mpagana yong addtp hss adapter of failed to install try dis alternative solution: INSTRUCTIONS a. I-download at i-install niyo po yung non-portable version ng OpenVPN na ito po DOWNLOAD HERE b. Pumunta sa Start Menu > All Programs > OpenVPN > Utilities > Add a new TAP virtual ethernet adapter Note: Make sure "Run as Administrator" para gumana. Check niyo Control Panel > Device Manager > Network Adapter niyo. Kung nandiyan ang TAP-Win32 Adapter V9#2, then you're done. (Note: Repeat niyo ang Procedure pag nawala ito. Sa tingin ko, pag gumagamit ng Portable OpenVPNs, nireremove rin niya including to.) 3. Download also expat shield portable open vpn and extract, then right click the expat shield application and run as admin, then right click again expat shield application and change the compatibility to windows xp pack 3 4. right click the expat shield icon from the right side of the toolbar and select one from the server and connect, wait til the connecting process to success and browse it for free and enjoy 
Update for GLobe: Sa config folder po ng EXPAT Shield nyo delete nyo po lahat yan kasi not working na... sa data > config folder po.. at palita nyo po yong Config na Nakaattach sa ibaba.. huwag nyo po edelete yong Finger ha yong config lang po...  ..  Attacment:
